The Junior High School Sportsfest 2025 of Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan recorded an energetic and successful first day as students competed in a variety of recreational games. The YASCI community witnessed strong teamwork, enthusiasm, and determination as teams battled for top positions in different events.
In the Sack Race event, Pikachu Voltzreapers emerged as the champion, followed by Charmander Fireball as first runner-up, Squirtle Phantom as second runner-up, and Blazing Bulbasaur as third runner-up.
In the Ball Relay, Charmander Fireball claimed the championship title, with Squirtle Phantom finishing as first runner-up, Pikachu Voltzreapers as second runner-up, and Blazing Bulbasaur as third runner-up.
In the Dodge Ball competition, Charmander Fireball once again secured the championship, while Blazing Bulbasaur placed first runner-up, Squirtle Phantom second runner-up, and Pikachu Voltzreapers third runner-up.
For the Chess Boys category, Blazing Bulbasaur won the championship, followed by Squirtle Phantom as first runner-up, Pikachu Voltzreapers as second runner-up, and Charmander Fireball as third runner-up. In the Chess Girls category, Squirtle Phantom emerged as the champion, with Blazing Bulbasaur as first runner-up, Pikachu Voltzreapers as second runner-up, and Charmander Fireball as third runner-up.
The strong performances across all events marked an exciting start to the Sportsfest, setting a high level of competition and school spirit for the days ahead.
