YASCI Conducts Institutional INSET Training for S.Y. 2026–2027

In its continued pursuit of academic excellence and quality education, Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. (YASCI) successfully conducted its Institutional In-Service Training (INSET) in preparation for School Year 2026–2027, reaffirming its commitment to developing highly competent and future-ready educators.

The professional development program brought together faculty members from the Preschool, Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School departments for a series of meaningful discussions, collaborative learning sessions, and capacity-building activities designed to strengthen instructional practices and educational leadership.

The Institutional INSET was conducted under the guidance and leadership of Orvince Howard A. Hernandez, Dr. Rey M. Revuelto, and Dr. Cornelio S. Doloque Jr., whose shared vision continues to inspire innovation, collaboration, and excellence in teaching and learning.

Throughout the training, educators participated in sessions that focused on enhancing pedagogical skills, integrating innovative teaching strategies, strengthening classroom management, and promoting learner-centered instruction. The program also encouraged professional collaboration among teachers, allowing them to exchange best practices, share experiences, and develop strategies to address the evolving needs of 21st-century learners.

School leaders emphasized that continuous professional development remains essential in ensuring that educators are equipped with the knowledge, competencies, and adaptability necessary to provide meaningful and high-quality learning experiences. They encouraged teachers to embrace lifelong learning, innovation, and reflective practice as they prepare to guide students toward academic excellence and holistic development.

Beyond strengthening instructional competence, the Institutional INSET reinforced YASCI’s commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and educational excellence. The training highlighted the important role teachers play in shaping the future of every learner and reaffirmed the institution’s mission of providing transformative education grounded in integrity, dedication, and service.

As School Year 2026–2027 approaches, the successful conduct of the Institutional INSET demonstrates YASCI’s unwavering dedication to investing in its educators, recognizing that empowered teachers are the foundation of student achievement and institutional success.
