Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. (YASCI) once again made its mark at the prestigious ISAAL PH 18th Edition Literary and Musical Competition, held on November 30, 2024, at Robinsons Novaliches Trade Hall. This year, our students demonstrated not only their exceptional skills but also the core values of commitment, perseverance, and passion.
The competition featured various categories, including written, musical, artistic, and spoken contests, providing an excellent platform for learners to showcase their talents. YASCIans excelled across the board, with many of them bringing home medals and accolades.
Among the highlights was Zyrus Daniel Tapayan, who earned a Silver Medal in the Extemporaneous Speech category. His impressive ability to speak on the spot, with clarity and thoughtfulness, earned him well-deserved recognition.
In the Mural Making Contest, four YASCIans earned Silver Medals for
their creativity and teamwork. Congratulations to Erica Mae Justo, Jazmine Alyssa Opelinia, Althea Nessa Aglanao, and Jonathan Jabez Santos for their outstanding contribution to this artistic challenge.
In the Storytelling contest, Aadam Skye A. Parado clinched a Bronze Medal, captivating the audience with his engaging and heartfelt storytelling skills. Similarly, Jariel Arenza earned a Bronze Medal in the Poem Recitation category, showcasing his ability to bring poetry to life with emotion and precision. The competition also saw success in the Singing Contest Intermediate Division, with Saihaj Preet Kaur J. Singh receiving a Bronze Medal for her beautiful and powerful performance.
These achievements are a testament to the talent and dedication of YASCI students. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the medalists and participants.
