In preparation for the opening of School Year 2026–2027, Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. (YASCI) successfully conducted its Junior High School ESC and Parents Orientation, bringing together parents, school administrators, and faculty members to discuss important programs and expectations for the upcoming academic year.
The orientation served as a vital avenue for informing parents about the educational opportunities, academic standards, and support systems available to Junior High School learners. Through the session, participants gained a deeper understanding of the school’s commitment to providing a holistic and student-centered learning experience.

Among the topics discussed were academic requirements, grading policies, attendance guidelines, school rules and regulations, and various learner support programs designed to promote both academic achievement and personal development. Parents were also introduced to co-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities that allow students to develop leadership skills, creativity, teamwork, and social responsibility beyond the classroom.
A significant portion of the orientation focused on the Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Program, providing parents with essential information regarding its benefits, requirements, and role in supporting students’ educational needs. School officials emphasized the importance of understanding these programs to ensure that learners maximize the opportunities available to them throughout the school year.
The event also highlighted the crucial role parents play in the educational journey of their children. Administrators encouraged families to maintain open communication with teachers and actively participate in school activities, reinforcing the idea that student success is best achieved through strong collaboration between the home and the school.

Parents actively engaged in the discussions and demonstrated their commitment to supporting their children’s growth and development. Their participation reflected a shared goal of nurturing responsible, disciplined, and goal-oriented learners who are prepared to meet academic challenges and become productive members of society.
As the new school year approaches, YASCI remains dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and partnership. Through initiatives such as the Junior High School ESC and Parents Orientation, the institution continues to strengthen its relationship with families while ensuring that students receive the guidance and support they need to thrive.
