In celebration of Nutrition Month, the senior high school students of YASCI stepped into the spotlight—not with speeches or performances, but with aprons, cutting boards, and a powerful message: healthy eating can be both delicious and enjoyable!
Senior high school students took the lead in preparing a variety of nutritious meals and snacks. From vibrant vegetable dishes to refreshing fruit-based creations, the students showcased their culinary skills and creativity, turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary dishes. They chopped, stirred, cooked, and plated with enthusiasm, transforming the event into a fun and flavorful learning experience. Beyond the impressive presentation and mouthwatering tastes, what stood out most was their dedication to promoting healthy habits among their peers.
“This activity taught us that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or difficult,” said one student. “We just need to be creative, make smart choices, and have fun while doing it.”
Teachers and guests were amazed not only by the students’ culinary talents but also by their teamwork and passion for advocating wellness. The event proved to be a perfect blend of learning, collaboration, and advocacy.
As we continue to promote health and nutrition throughout the month, our senior high school students have truly set the bar—serving not just food, but inspiration on every plate. Congratulations to our future chefs, nutrition advocates, and health champions!
