Partners in Education: YASCI and Parents Prepare for Grade 11

Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. (YASCI) successfully conducted its Grade 11 Parents Orientation this morning as part of its preparations for the opening of School Year 2026–2027. The activity served as an important platform for informing parents about the academic, social, and developmental expectations that await students as they begin their Senior High School journey.

Held in an atmosphere of collaboration and engagement, the orientation brought together school administrators, faculty members, and parents to discuss key aspects of the Grade 11 program. The session aimed to ensure that families are well-informed and equipped to support their children throughout this significant stage of their education.

Among the topics presented were the structure of the Senior High School curriculum, academic track requirements, grading policies, and school regulations. Parents were also given an overview of the various support programs and student services available to help learners achieve academic excellence while developing essential life skills.

School officials emphasized the importance of understanding the demands and opportunities that come with Senior High School education. Through detailed discussions and presentations, parents gained valuable insights into how they can assist their children in adapting to new academic challenges and preparing for future college and career pathways.

The orientation also highlighted YASCI’s commitment to providing a supportive learning environment that promotes student growth, leadership, and personal development. Administrators encouraged open communication between the school and families, recognizing that strong cooperation is essential in helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

As YASCI prepares to welcome a new batch of Grade 11 students, the successful conduct of the Parents Orientation underscores the school’s belief that education is a partnership between the institution and the family. Through continued collaboration, mutual support, and shared goals, both parents and educators can work together to guide students toward a successful and meaningful Senior High School experience.
