Learning Never Stops: YASCI Teachers Sharpen Their Skills

Demonstrating its commitment to educational excellence and continuous professional growth, Young Achievers’ School of Caloocan, Inc. (YASCI) successfully conducted an In-Service Training (INSET) for teachers from the Preschool and Elementary Department, Junior High School Department, and Senior High School Department in preparation for School Year 2026–2027.

The training brought together educators from various academic levels for a day of meaningful learning, collaboration, and professional development. Designed to enhance teaching effectiveness and classroom practices, the program provided participants with valuable opportunities to deepen their knowledge, refine their skills, and explore innovative approaches to education.

Throughout the training, teachers engaged in insightful discussions covering essential topics relevant to modern teaching and learning. The sessions focused on equipping educators with practical strategies, updated educational practices, and learner-centered approaches that can help create more engaging and productive classroom experiences.

School administrators emphasized the importance of continuous learning among educators, recognizing that quality education begins with well-prepared and highly competent teachers. By investing in professional development opportunities, YASCI ensures that its faculty members remain responsive to the evolving needs of learners and the changing landscape of education.

The activity also encouraged collaboration among teachers from different departments, allowing them to share experiences, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. This collaborative environment strengthened professional relationships and fostered a shared commitment to providing the highest quality of education to every YASCI learner.

More than a training session, the INSET served as a reaffirmation of the school’s mission to cultivate excellence in teaching and learning. Participants left the program equipped with new insights and renewed motivation to make a positive impact in their classrooms and school community.

As YASCI prepares to open its doors for another academic year, initiatives such as the In-Service Training reflect the institution’s dedication to maintaining high educational standards and ensuring that teachers are fully prepared to guide students toward success.
