Document/s Request


To make your experience seamless, we have provided detailed information on the specific requirements for each document, as well as the estimated processing times. It is crucial to review these details carefully to ensure a successful request.


To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please take note of the specific requirements and processing times for each document:

  1. Good Moral Certificate:
    • Requirements: No unsettled balance.
    • Processing time: 5 working days (depending on the availability of the signatory).
  1. Form 137 (SF10):
    • Requirements: Request from the receiving school and no unsettled balance.
    • Processing time: 15 working days.
  1. Certificate of Enrollment/Employment/No Obligation/Clearance:
    • Requirements: No unsettled balance.
    • Processing time: 5 working days.

For all document requests, please send an email to yasc.registrar@yasc.edu.ph. In your email, kindly provide the following details:

  • Full name
  • Student/Employee ID number
  • Contact information (phone number and email address)
  • Purpose of the document
  • Any additional information or special instructions

Once we receive your email, our dedicated Registrar’s Office team will review your request and initiate the processing of your documents. We aim to provide timely assistance, but please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the signatory and the volume of requests.
