On July 18-19, 2023, YASCI held an Organizational In-Service Training. This two-day event brought together our esteemed faculty members and featured subject matter experts, Dr. Rey M. Revuelto, Vice Principal of YASCI, and Mr. Edrick M. Estorel, IT Head of YASCI, who shared their expertise and insights with our teaching staff.
Under the guidance of Dr. Rey M. Revuelto, the Organizational Inset focused on enhancing teaching practices, fostering collaboration, and exploring innovative approaches to education. Through interactive workshops and engaging discussions, our teachers were able to reflect on their educational practices, exchange ideas, and align their teaching strategies with the latest educational trends. Dr. Revuelto’s expertise and experience proved invaluable in motivating and inspiring our educators to create dynamic learning environments that promote student growth and achievement.
On the second day, Mr. Edrick Estorel introduced a range of powerful educational tools and resources available through Microsoft to our teaching force.
The orientation emphasized the effective integration of technology into the curriculum, highlighting applications such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and MS Forms. Through demonstrations, our teachers gained practical experience in leveraging these tools to create interactive lessons, encourage collaboration, and personalized learning experiences for our learners.
The collaborative atmosphere fostered during the Organizational Inset will undoubtedly strengthen our school community and inspire continuous improvement in our teaching practices.
