Memorandum of Agreement Signing Between Valenzuela City Police Station and Young Achievers School of Caloocan Inc.

On January 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM, a Memorandum of Agreement was formally signed between the Valenzuela City Police Station and Young Achievers School of Caloocan Inc., marking the beginning of a meaningful partnership aimed at providing students with hands-on experience in law enforcement and community service. The signing

ceremony took place in the presence of key representatives from both institutions, signifying a shared commitment to fostering responsible citizenship and a deeper understanding of public safety.

Representing the Valenzuela City Police Station was PCOL Nixon M Cayaban, Chief of Police, along with PMAJ Jose R Hizon, Assistant Chief of Police for Operations, PMAJ Penelope M Cautiver, Chief of the Station Administrative Resource Management Section, and PCPT Joan H De Leon, Officer-in-Charge of the Station Community Affairs Section. Young Achievers School of Caloocan Inc. was represented by Mr. Albert Y. 

Balderas, Work Immersion Coordinator, and Ms. Jennifer R. Estorel, Head of the Senior High School Department. The collaboration aims to immerse students in real-world law enforcement practices, allowing them to actively participate in initiatives that promote public safety, discipline, and social responsibility. Through this initiative, students will gain first-hand exposure to community policing, crime prevention efforts, and other critical aspects of law enforcement operations.

During the event, PCOL Cayaban delivered an inspiring message to the students, emphasizing the significance of embracing this internship opportunity with enthusiasm and dedication. He encouraged them to engage actively, absorb valuable insights, and develop essential skills that will contribute to their personal and professional growth.

This partnership reflects a strong commitment to holistic education, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.
